Apex Certified Pre Owned Trash Trucks

At Apex Equipment, certification starts with the search for high quality fleet maintained and municipal trucks with low miles. As a pre-qualifier for certification, the vehicle must be no more than 10 years old. Once the right trucks are located, a preliminary inspection will filter out any defective units that do not meet the Apex Equipment standard for high quality.
The trucks that make the final cut are shipped to the Apex facility where they undergo a rigorous inspection process known as the Apex 210 point inspection. During this process, a detailed work order is comprised for technicians, fabricators, the paint and body department, and interior specialists. The trucks will then pass through each department, where any issues will be addressed.
Once the repair process is complete, all hydraulic cylinders and lifting devices are load tested to ensure proper functionality. The truck will then leave the Apex facility for an independent Federal DOT Inspection. Upon return, any problems found by the Independent inspection will be resolved, and the truck will be subject to a final detailed inspection. Any remaining problems must be dealt with and the inspection must be sign off on by the department heads and the Apex Equipmpent general manager.
Now that the truck has completed the process, it will receive a 2 year/200k mile drive train warranty, and a certificate of inspection and repair, as well as the Apex logos and the "Apex Certified Pre-Owned" windshield decal.
